My stay at this hotel was overall enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and tastefully appointed, with a good queen size bed, air conditioning, and a nice breakfast spread. However, the experience was marred by an unpleasant receptionist who blamed us for key issues and discounted rate problems at the parking garage.
